We have a comprehensive billing department working hard every day to ensure our patient's claims are being processed as accurately as possible with the information they are provided and in a timely manner.

Hamilton Physical Therapy and it's Associated Clinics are preferred providers/in-network for most insurance companies.  Some of the most common insurance companies are listed below but please note this is not a complete list. If you do not see your specific carrier we encourage you to give your insurance company a call to see if we are in-network providers.
